You don’t have to wait for anything anymore.I caught myself today needing printer ink and thinking… I could literally DoorDash this. And well, I did. That’s the world we’re in now. Fast. Immediate. On demand. From same-day delivery to weight loss shortcuts to full glow-ups.. everything is right at our fingertips. And if we’re honest, it’s made us a little impatient…even a little spoiled. Because when something shows up that can’t be rushed…grief, healing, growth, rebuilding, recovery…We don’t know what to do with it. We hear “give it time” and something in us resists it. That part of us that wants everything now starts getting uncomfortable.. a little frustrated. But honestly, some things were never meant to be instant. When you plant a seed, you don’t dig it up every day to check if it’s growing. You plant it… and you trust the process. There’s a time to sow. There’s a time to grow. And there’s a time to harvest. And in that waiting there’s work happening beneath the surface that you can’t even see. I was looking at the pictures of myself side by side…Only time could have done this..Only time could have created this kind of change. There was no shortcut. No overnight transformation. Just slow, unseen, steady changes. Not everything deserves instant gratification. Some things require patience because they’re meant to change you. Some of the most rewarding things in life require waiting and patience. Have faith in the process 🌱
