The Bigger Question

I decided to share some of my own notes as a life coach on a subject I find deeply important: Why? Why keep fighting? Why stay? From my heart to yours, may these words meet you right where you are.

1. The Bigger Question: Why?

For those in pain, “just one more day” can feel empty without a reason. The real question isn’t only “how” to survive, t’s “why” should I? That’s the place where despair and hope wrestle.

2. Your Why is Personal

Your why might be your children, your dreams, your faith, your healing.

Sometimes it’s not clear yet. And that’s okay. The act of staying often leads to discovering the reason.

Your why doesn’t need to be perfect, profound, or even permanent. It just needs to be enough to hold onto today.

3. Reasons to Stay, Even When It Hurts

Because life is never finished telling your story.

Because healing and clarity often arrive slowly, but they do arrive.

Because you are a thread in a larger tapestry…you matter more than you know.

Because there’s still joy, love, and purpose you haven’t experienced yet.

4. Accepting the Mystery

You don’t need to have every answer. Some things will always remain a mystery. But mystery doesn’t mean meaningless. Sometimes it means you’re still in the middle of the story, not the end.

5. The Teaching Core

When your why feels shaky, borrow strength from the people who believe in you, the vision you once had, or even the simple truth that tomorrow might hold something you don’t see yet.
Your why doesn’t have to carry the weight of forever. It just has to carry you through today.

You are not alone. You hold the keys to a door only you can unlock. The world needs your presence, your story, and your light.
