Charlie Kirk was assassinated while exercising one of our most sacred rights — the freedom of speech.

Our nation’s foundation is clear:

  • “Congress shall make no law… abridging the freedom of speech.” (First Amendment)
  • “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.” (Declaration of Independence)

These rights are not suggestions. They are not optional. They are the very heartbeat of America. And yesterday, they were violently violated.

This moment should wake us all up.
We will not be silenced.
We will not be bullied.
We will not be shoved into a corner.

So I ask you, how many of us are truly ready to lay our lives on the line for someone else, or for what we believe in?

Freedom only survives when we defend it.
This is our time to stand.
To speak.
To rise.

We will not be shut up.
We will not back down.
And we will not forget.
